We offer a 30-day refund policy for all digital courses.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we will issue a full refund.
Note: Courses are delivered through a secure membership portal. Your access will be revoked upon refund.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned, and therefore we cannot issue a refund. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
AI SaaS Applications
We offer a 7-day refund policy on AI SaaS application subscriptions only if:
- You have not used more than 25 credits (to prevent excessive usage followed by refund requests).
- Your refund request is made within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
If your subscription renews automatically, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
